| 2012-2013 Student Application Process We started accepting student applications for the 2012-13 school year on February 1st. In 2012-13, we will be serving PK (3 year olds) through 7th grade at three sites: 1. Beckley Campus: Grades K-6 2. Kiest Campus: Grades K-7 3. Early Childhood Campus: Grades PK3 and PK4 Those applying for K-6 will be asked whether they would like their child to attend the Beckley or Kiest Campus. We will attempt to honor this preference. Please note that the Kiest Campus will be located at the corner of Kiest and Rio Grande in temporary buildings (portables) for 2012-13 while construction on the permanent building proceeds on a different part of the site. The application period will run until May 15th and if there are more applications than spots in a grade, we will hold a lottery to determine which students are admitted. Siblings of current and admitted students are given preference in the lottery and in wait lists. Otherwise, students are placed on wait lists in the order their applications were received. |
