La Academia de Estrellas participates in the Federal breakfast and lunch programs and offers free and
reduced-price breakfasts and lunches to eligible students. All K-6 students have scheduled breakfast
and lunch periods. Morning pre-kindergarten students have a scheduled breakfast period and, if
eligible, participate in the School Breakfast Program. Afternoon pre-kindergarten students have a
scheduled lunch period when they arrive and, if eligible, participate in the National School Lunch
Program.
All meals at La Academia de Estrellas are catered through Twelve Oaks Catering, who provides
meals that meet federal nutrition guidelines.
